Reverie is an online clothing brand offering premium Print-on-Demand apparel. Each product is printed specifically after an order is placed.

All products are subject to availability.

Because our products are made to order:

  • Minor differences in print placement or garment measurements are considered normal manufacturing tolerances.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors.
  • Cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies and issue a full refund where applicable.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Print-on-Demand Production

Every item is produced after your order is successfully placed.

For this reason:

  • Orders cannot usually be modified once production begins.
  • Production typically begins shortly after payment confirmation.
  • Customers should carefully review their order details before completing checkout.

7. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Other events beyond our control

do not make Reverie liable for compensation.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

8. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

By placing an order, you agree to our Return & Refund Policy.

Print-on-Demand products are eligible for replacement or refund only in cases such as damaged, defective, incorrect, or wrongly fulfilled products, subject to our policy.

9. Payments

We accept secure online payments through approved payment gateways.

  • Cash on Delivery (where available)

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. Reverie does not store your complete card or banking information.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible locations.

Reverie reserves the right to:

  • Decline COD for selected PIN codes.
  • Refuse future COD orders in cases of repeated order refusals or unsuccessful deliveries.
