Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Reverie. Every product is made especially for you after your order is placed. As a Print-on-Demand clothing brand, we strive to deliver premium-quality apparel while maintaining a fair and transparent return policy.

1. Order Cancellation

Because every item is custom printed after an order is received, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed once they have entered production.

If your order has not yet entered production, please contact us immediately at reveriewear1111@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you.


2. Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective or misprinted product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • You received the wrong size due to our fulfillment error.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Color variation caused by screen settings.
  • Minor variations (±5%) in print placement or garment measurements.
  • Normal wear and tear after use.

3. Return Request Timeline

All return or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


4. Proof Required

To process a claim, please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the original packaging
  • A complete unboxing video starting before the package is opened

Claims without sufficient evidence may not qualify for replacement or refund.


5. Replacements

If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following at no additional cost:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund, depending on the situation.

Replacement orders generally enter production within 2–3 business days, after which normal shipping timelines apply.


6. Refunds

Once your claim has been approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
  • Refund processing generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our side.


7. Incorrect Size Ordered

Please review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

If the wrong size was selected during purchase, we are unable to offer a free replacement or refund because each item is printed specifically for your order.


8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible PIN codes.

If a COD order is refused, rejected, or repeatedly remains undelivered without a valid reason, Reverie reserves the right to restrict or refuse future COD orders from the same customer.


9. Lost Packages

If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the courier partner, we will provide either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund.

10. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed or shipped, Reverie cannot guarantee cancellation, replacement, or refund.


11. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective:

  • Custom printed apparel
  • Limited edition products
  • Promotional or clearance items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
