Thank you for shopping with Reveriewear. Every product is made especially for you after you place your order. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing

All Reverie products are made using a Print-on-Demand process.

Once your order is confirmed:

  • Orders are sent for production.
  • Production generally takes 2–3 business days.
  • Orders are packed and handed over to our courier partners after production is completed.

During high-demand periods, festivals, product launches, or promotional sales, production may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier partner
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Government restrictions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across most serviceable PIN codes in India.

Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners selected based on the delivery location to ensure the best available service.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown on the order summary.

From time to time, Reverie may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking details
  • Courier information

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to become visible.


6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer unavailable
  • Incorrect address
  • Invalid phone number
  • Refusal to accept delivery

the package may be returned to the fulfillment facility.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping returned packages.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible PIN codes.

Reverie reserves the right to disable COD for:

  • High-risk locations
  • Repeated order refusals
  • Excessive Return-to-Origin (RTO) history
  • Other operational reasons

Customers placing COD orders should ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the package.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Please contact us immediately.
  • Address changes may only be possible before production or dispatch begins.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.


9. Delayed Deliveries

Although we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation delays
  • Public holidays
  • Government regulations
  • Courier operational issues

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


10. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the courier partner, Reverie will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, provide either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund

in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


11. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email clear photographs of:
    • The product
    • The shipping package
    • The shipping label
  • If available, include an unboxing video for faster verification.

Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement or refund as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.


12. International Shipping

At this time, Reverie primarily serves customers within India.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, eligible destinations, shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
